At the center of Northview’s success is Mrs. Sadet Bell, our Founder and Director. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in healthcare and elderly care, Mrs. Bell has dedicated her life to serving seniors with the compassion, patience, and professionalism they deserve. Her extensive background includes work in skilled nursing, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, and long-term residential support — giving her a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of every resident.
